As the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation has developed, we have been following the advice of the Government of Ireland in conjunction with the Health Service Executive (HSE). To this end we have been testing our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) over the last number of weeks to ensure we are fully prepared as the situation continues to evolve. We have now enabled all of the Eircode team to operate remotely.
Our services to the public
We appreciate that this is a concerning time for all. With an increased focus on delivering goods and medical resources to the household, Eircode is a valuable part in assisting with that effort. We are confident that the BCP functions we have put in place will replicate our normal high-levels of service. If for some reason there is a slight delay in responding, we hope you understand and thank you in advance for your patience.
Our services to business
We have an extensive BCP response in place that has been thoroughly tested and are confident that we can continue to deliver the services you expect. We work with a number of external partners who have their own business continuity processes in place and again, they expect to be able to continue to deliver the services they provide to us.
The health and safety of our colleagues and their families is paramount. Based on the Government’s guidelines we have now enabled the Eircode team to operate remotely. We all have a part to play in protecting ourselves and each other so we will continue to monitor and follow the advice of the Government of Ireland.
